We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • With your consent — We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate and improve our websites. Each service may collect and process data according to its own privacy policy:

6.1 Google Analytics (GA4)

We use Google Analytics 4 to analyze website traffic and visitor behavior. GA4 collects information such as pages visited, session duration, traffic sources, approximate geographic location (based on IP address), browser and device information, and user interactions. Google Analytics uses cookies (including _ga and _ga_* cookies) to distinguish unique users and track sessions.

Google may use this data in accordance with its own privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings. For more information, see the Google Privacy Policy.

6.2 Formspree

We use Formspree to process contact form submissions. When you submit our contact form, your name, email address, subject, and message are transmitted to and temporarily stored by Formspree for delivery to us. Formspree processes this data on our behalf and does not use it for any other purpose. For more information, see the Formspree Privacy Policy.

6.3 Cloudflare

Our websites are served through Cloudflare, which provides content delivery network (CDN) services, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) protection, and web security features. Cloudflare may collect and process certain data, including your IP address, to provide these services. Cloudflare sets necessary cookies (such as __cf_bm and cf_clearance) for bot management and security verification. These cookies are essential for the proper functioning and protection of our websites. For more information, see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

7. Cookies

Our websites use the following categories of cookies:

  • Necessary cookies — These cookies are required for our websites to function properly. They include Cloudflare security and performance cookies. Because they are essential, these cookies cannot be disabled without affecting website functionality.
  • Analytics cookies — These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our websites by collecting information anonymously. Google Analytics cookies fall into this category.

You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to view, delete, and block cookies from websites. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our websites. For instructions on managing cookies, consult your browser's help documentation.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for the following periods:

  • Contact form submissions — Retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission, unless you request earlier deletion or an ongoing business relationship requires longer retention.
  • Analytics data — Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default, after which it is automatically deleted. Aggregate, non-identifying statistical data may be retained indefinitely.
  • Server logs — Cloudflare access and security logs are retained according to Cloudflare's data retention policies, typically no longer than 72 hours for most log types.
  • Cookies — Cookie expiration periods vary by type. Google Analytics cookies expire after up to 2 years. Cloudflare security cookies are session-based or expire within 30 minutes to 24 hours.

When personal information is no longer needed for the purposes outlined in this policy, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our security measures include:

  • Encryption in transit — All data transmitted between your browser and our websites is encrypted using SSL/TLS (HTTPS).
  • Cloudflare protection — Our websites are protected by Cloudflare's security services, including DDoS mitigation, web application firewall (WAF), and bot management.
  • Access controls — Access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel who need it to perform their job functions.
  • Secure third-party providers — We select service providers that maintain appropriate security practices and contractual data protection obligations.

While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
